Preparing For Your Glamour Session

To ensure you have the best experience possible, please take a moment to review the following:

Travel

Glamour Salon is located at 810 N La Fox, South Elgin, IL 60177

Convenient parking is available in front of the salon. Please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot.

Hair Prep

Arrive with your hair completely dry and free of any heavy products. If your hair is not completely dry, you will be charged for a full blow-dry to prepare your hair for the service. This allows us to assess your hair’s natural state and ensure optimal results.

Wardrobe Considerations

To protect your favorite pieces, please avoid wearing light-colored or delicate clothing. Darker, easily washable fabrics are your best bet.

New Color Clients

If you’re a new color client, a consultation is required before booking your full appointment. This allows us to discuss your goals, assess your hair’s condition, and perform a strand test if necessary.

Silent Appointments

Need some quiet time? We offer silent appointments upon request. Simply let us know when booking, and we’ll create a relaxing, distraction-free environment.

Nourishment

Please ensure you’ve eaten a substantial meal before your appointment. This will help you feel comfortable and energized throughout your service.

Booking Policies

Payment Policy

To secure your exclusive reservation, we require a credit card on file. Payment will be processed upon completion of your service. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.

Missed Appointments

In the event of a missed appointment without prior notification, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. We value your time and ours, and this policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our team.

Late Arrivals

To ensure each guest receives the full, uncompromised experience they deserve, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduling of your appointment. Due to the shorter nature of consultations, we can only accommodate a 5-minute grace period. This is to avoid cutting your service short or inconveniencing other guests.
